Attorney Nash concentrates his practice in the representation of public and private sector labor unions, including the following:
- Advice and advocacy in connection with union organizing;
- Advice and participation in collective bargaining negotiations;
- Arbitration of grievances arising under collective bargaining agreements;
Attorney Nash concentrates in labor law.
- Investigation and prosecution/defense of unfair labor practice/prohibited practice charges at the National Labor Relations Board/Massachusetts Department of LaborRelations;
- Litigation in state and federal courts and before other administrative agencies/tribunals.
Attorney Nash also represents jointly administered union benefit funds in various contexts, including actions to collect delinquent fringe benefit fund contributions pursuant to ERISA.
